My partner and I went to Andrew to see about purchasing my parent’s house. I wasn’t expecting much. I’m self-employed, and although I have a reasonable income and an good credit score, I knew there would be hoop after hoop to jump through. Yes, that was true, but Andrew made this process INCREDIBLY easy!! He took the stress right out of the process! We ended up getting an FHA loan with a 203K renovation loan, to redo the basement, which is being done by Nimmo Construction (as I write this review).
By the time everything was said and done, we were waiting on the IRS, and not on Andrew, for things to be completed. Once the letter came in from the IRS showing that I was in good standing with them, the ship sailed even smoother!
